Games of Thrones is the most anticipated series in 2019 and at the center is the blue-eyed giant. This has prompted so many ‘Game of Thrones’ theories in recent times. But the mysterious creature stems all the way back to season 1.
In Season 1
The Latest and most absurd of theories is that the Game of Thrones takes place inside the eye of a giant?. However, Some fans have supported this theory. The Blue eye giant was first mentioned when Robb Stark was talking to Bran Stark about the story Old Nan told him in the past. He said that he was told that “the sky is blue because we all live within blue-eyed giant named Macumber,” and Bran replied, “Maybe we do.”
In Season 4
The blue-eyed giant was again brought up the game of thrones season 4. Others based their theory on Oberyn saying, “Some believe the sky is blue because we live inside the eye of a blue-eyed giant.” However, in the scene, Oberyn dismissed the tale as ironic. That was the second mention of Macumber.
Some have taken the theory literally, but Reddit user my buster sword has another idea theory. Stating “that he does not believe that blue-eyed giant holds everything in Westeros,” the fan wrote. “ But thinks it is just another reference to the Night King. Season 7 promotions focus on blue eyes of the Night King has. I believe the name Macumber is a reference to the Night King because his eyes, we all are his because he can resurrect the dead to his service.
