Wrath of Man is an upcoming American action thriller of 2021. The movie was directed by Guy Ritchie from a script he co-wrote with Marn Davies and Ivan Atkinson. And it is based on the 2004 French film Cash Truck by Nicolas Boukhrief.

The film is the fourth directorial collaboration of Richie with lead actor Jason Statham. Following Snatch (2005), Lock, Revolver (2005), and Stock and Two Smoking Barrels (1998).

Wrath of Man is scheduled to be released on the 7th of May, 2021 in the United States of America by United artists Releasing. While it is set to be released on the 25the of June 2021 in the United Kingdom by Lionsgate.

In October 2019, it was made known that Guy Ritchie will be writing and directing an English language remake of the 2004 film Cash Truck, together with Jason Statham starring in the film.

Later in the month, Holt McCallany joined.

They started filming in November between Los Angeles and London. Together with Jeffrey Donovan, Scott Eastwood, Josh Hartnett, Laz Alonso, and Niamh Algar. While Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer takes on U.S. domestic distribution for the film.

Later in January 2020, Raul Castillo was then added to the cast.

Wrath of Man Release Date

Wrath of Man is scheduled to be released on the 7th of May, 2021 in the United States of America.

Though, the film was formerly set to be released on the 15th of January. However, it was pulled because of the coronavirus pandemic.


It was later then rescheduled for release on the 23rd of April, 2021, before it was now set to be released on the 7th of May, 2021
